Lothian Labels is a well-established and growing label manufacturing business serving customers across Scotland and the UK. We’re known for our quality, reliability and customer-first approach. We are now looking for an experienced and trustworthy Part-Time Bookkeeper / Financial Controller to support our day-to-day financial operations and provide key financial insight as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
Oversee purchase and sales ledger
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
Submit VAT returns and liaise with HMRC
Coordinate with external payroll provider
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Support the Managing Director and liaise with external accountants
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial control
Strong understanding of accounting principles and software
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
