What You'll Do:
• Financial Management: Handle accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), reconciliations, payroll, workers' compensation, and invoicing.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ADP.
• Communication: Maintain professional phone and internet etiquette.
About You:
• Experienced: At least 5 years in accounting, including A/R, A/P, payroll, HR, credit card reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail in maintaining data, organizing ledgers, and overseeing confidential information.
• Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors like banks, insurers, CPAs, and government organizations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills, integrity, accountability, and a solid work ethic.
• Professional Attitude: Confident, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
