We are a boutique bookkeeping business, founded in 2009, based in the Sutherland Shire, and we pride ourselves on outstanding, personable service to our growing list of clients. We are looking for a super-friendly experience candidate that will fit in with our team, working 5 to 10 hrs per week on a casual basis.

Accounts Payable / Receivable
Creditor / Debtor Management
Preparation of BAS / IAS
Client Relationship
Hubdoc Management
Management Reporting
Payroll / STP Finalisation
Taxable Payment Annual Reporting
Workers Compensation
Superannuation compliance
Office 365 Management
Ad-hoc work
Experience (Must have)
Proven bookkeeping experience for a minimum of 5 years
Xero Certified
Worked with Business Office 365

Interact with clients at all levels, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
High attention to detail.
Undertake high-quality administrative support.
Work in a proactive and self-directed manner.
Operate effectively in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines and time pressures.
Demonstrate an excellent customer service focus.
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Utilise multiple functions and applications available via Office 365.
Must be based in Australia and have full working rights - no overseas or outsourced applications.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
