Job Description
We are an insulation company seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis, working 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage quotes and invoicing for government insulation projects
Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable
Prepare regular financial reports and assist with tax compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills
