Job Role: Bookkeeper

Job Location: Remote

Work Timings- Pacific Timings(+:00 Am to 6:00 PM PST) 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

Profile Summary

We are seeking passionate individuals with strong expertise in the Bookkeping, Netsuite or other accounting software. This job role will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals who are interested in a stimulating and a challenging career.

Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly taxes reports.
prepare consolidated statements.
Coordinate with financial director to review quality and ensure accuracy of work.
Consociate bank accounts.
Review and approve employee expenses.
Prepare management reports.
Other administrative tasks related to government mandated documentation (yearly company registrations, permit & license renewals, etc.)
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Create and send invoices to clients.
Verify that transactions are correctly recorded, categorized and reconciled.
Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Requirements
Knowledge on Netsuite and other bookkeeping or accounting software.
Experience in accounting is a plus.
Highly organized with attention to details.
Experience: 5-7 Years
