Job Description
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, categorization, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Prepare and organize invoices, payment records, and vendor/customer documentation.
Assist with month-end activities: closing support, basic journal entries (where required), and documentation organization.
Reporting & Tools (Tech-Savvy Role)
Work confidently in QuickBooks, maintain ledgers, run reports, and support clean bookkeeping workflows.
Use Excel to build and maintain trackers, reconciliations, summaries, and basic analysis.
Pull financial and operational reports as requested (sales summaries, vendor spend, customer aging, etc.).
Communicate professionally via email with vendors, internal teams, and management.
Cross-Department Support (As Needed)
Support other departments with finance-related coordination (sales, operations, procurement) when required.
Help keep processes organized—trackers, filing systems, and documentation flow to support productivity.

You have previous experience as a Bookkeeper or Junior Accountant (required).
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and take ownership of accuracy.
You’re professional, presentable, and understand basic business etiquette and confidentiality.

You can follow processes—but also improve them when something can be done smarter.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a bookkeeping/junior accounting role (5+ year preferred; strong candidates considered).
Educational background related to the job roll.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
Strong working knowledge of Excel (required) — filters, pivot tables (nice to have), basic formulas, reconciliation layouts.
Professional communication skills (email + basic phone etiquette).
Ability to work onsite, full-time, and keep pace with a structured office environment.
