Fluency in Spanish

Provide Assistance to Sales with Client interaction
Assist with Accounts Payable
Maintain QuickBooks and operational system (Bakers Dozen)
Help Maintain AP Systems and interact with vendros
Review Customer order entry
Review production reports for accuracy
Onboard new Customers into our operating system
Adjust customer standing orders on as needed basis
Assist sales with any letters, emails or other information that is required
Call customers and assist in creating superior customer service
Job description
We are a wholesale bakery located in North Bergen, NJ. We currently have an opening for a FULL TIME Customer Service / Accounting and Collection Position

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Provide Assistance to Sales with Client interaction.

- Assist with Accounts Payable

- Maintain QuickBooks and operational system (Bakers Dozen)

- Help Maintain AP Systems and interact with vendros

- Review Customer order entry

- Review production reports for accuracy

- Onboard new Customers into our operating system

- Adjust customer standing orders on as needed basis

- Assist sales with any letters, emails or other information that is required

- Call customers and assist in creating superior customer service

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks

- Great Communication Skills

- Outgoing, personable and get along well with others

- Must be able to work with in a set time schedule

- Must be able to manage time and work independently without supervision

Not Required but helful:

- Knowledge or past experience in a Wholesale Bakery is a plus

- Fluency in Spanish
