We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to accurately maintain all our day-to-day financial transactions for our company. Primary responsibilities include using various software tools including QuickBooks Online to generate purchase orders, input payable expenses, make payments to vendors, collect accounts recievable, generate reports, as well as assisting senior management with various other projects.
-Maintain QuickBooks Online
-Processing payments
-Prepare and mail invoices
-Communicate with banking institutions and vendors
-Track and collect outstanding accounts receivable
-Prepare payroll reports, tax deductions and tax returns
-Reconcile accounts payable
-Ability to handle varies duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
-Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Suite
-Outstanding communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Very detail orientated
-Ability to multi-task
