Job Summary:
The bookkeeping Manager that manages client accounts plays a critical role in ensuring that the financial
operations for clients are well-managed, compliant, and efficient. He/ She must have strong leadership
skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Additionally, He/ She must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients.
What Will You Do:
• Managing client relationships: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for managing
• relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and ensuring that bookkeeping
• services are aligned with their requirements.
• Managing the bookkeeping team: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for managing a
• team of bookkeepers and ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and supported in
• their roles.
• Overseeing financial reporting: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the
• preparation and distribution of financial reports for clients, such as balance sheets, income
• statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensuring compliance: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring that the financial
• records for clients are compliant with relevant regulations and standards, such as GAAP or IFRS.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for
• managing the accounts payable and receivable functions for clients, including invoicing,
• collections, and payment processing.
• Maintaining accurate records: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring that all
• financial records for clients are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures: The Bookkeeping Manager is
• responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure that the
• bookkeeping services for clients are efficient and effective.
Who you are:
• Bachelor in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification
• 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial operations management in outsourced
• accounting services environment
• Proficiency of GAAP or IFRS and/or compliance requirements relating to tax, payroll and
• accounting
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
