Job description
Job Title: BPO Tamil Voice Process Executive
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil
• Assist customers with queries related to products, services, or offers
• Maintain call logs and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Work Schedule
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Interview Hours: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Requirements
• Language: Fluent in Tamil; basic English preferred
• Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate
• Experience: Fresher-friendly
• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred (as per listing)
Skills Needed
