Job Description
DSJ Global is seeking a highly experienced BPO Director to lead the comprehensive delivery of a large-scale Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) program. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in BPO program development and management across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a centralized framework for BPO, collaborating with business areas to determine the most suitable model (onshore, nearshore, or offshore).
• Partner with the third-party risk management team to ensure supplier compliance with requirements and oversee the end-to-end delivery of BPO functions across multiple business areas.
• Define service delivery expectations, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key deliverables are met by suppliers.
• Supervise the formation of transformation and due diligence teams, clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
• Guide program leads in mobilizing subject matter experts as needed and monitor program delivery to ensure adherence to budgets and sustainability.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in BPO program development and management across various functions, not just single-function outsourcing.
• Preference towards candidates with a background in the financial sector.
• Ability to own and navigate internal stakeholder relationships and organize smooth BPO implementation.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
