Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, services, and processes.
Enter and update customer information and interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Adhere to quality standards and processes to deliver consistent and excellent customer service.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet individual and team targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
