Supervision of day to day branch operations and also sale of Bank's products to exisiting and new customers of the Bank.

• Senior Manager - (10 to 12 yrs)
• Manager – (6 yrs to + yrs)
• Deputy Manager – (4 yrs to 5 yrs)
• Assistant Manager - (2 yrs to 3 yrs)

Qualifications
Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate - preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB
Work Location
Rajasthan (Jaipur, Bhilwara, Alwar, Pali, Balotra, Jhodpur, Kota, Ajmer, Udaipur, Bikaner and other places in Rajasthan)
Responsibilities
· Sales of the Bank’s product and services and achievement of individual/branch business targets.
· Develop and nurture relationship with existing customers, to generate new business from them.
· Originate and acquire new leads from existing customers and other sources, to convert into business for the branch, by means of marketing calls and customer visits.
· Cross selling of third party products like insurance, to existing customers.
· Lead generation for Current and Savings Accounts- CASA to new customers and increase of balance with existing customers.
· Lead generation for various loan products like housing loan, Jewel loan, vehicle loan, personal loan etc.
· Responsible for timely processing of bank transactions like Account Opening, fund transfer, cheques etc.
· Reconciliation of branch accounts.
· Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer relationship through good service.
· Efficiently handling all branch operation related tasks.
· Follow up and monitoring of advances, including recovery / legal action.
· Compliance to the bank’s rules, internal guidelines, systems and procedures.
· Monitor the internal control of the Branch, so as to ensure a healthy overall outlook of the Branch/Bank.
· Effectively and efficiently handling any assignment given by the Management from time to time.
· Effectively manage the team and guide the sub-ordinates to achieve their individual targets.
Desired Skills
· Prior Experience in branch banking is mandatory.
· Basic Knowledge in financial statement analysis, balance sheet and profit and loss accounts for proper sourcing of advances.
· Conceptual understanding of risk and risk mitigation strategies for internal control of the Branch.
· Regularly updating the bank’s polices /changes in the policies for proper implementation of systems and procedures.
· Strong communication (both oral and written) and negotiation skills.
· Good team management skills to ensure smooth operations of branches without any disputes.
· Analysis of customer requirements for proper selling of bank products
