Job Description
KRA for Branch Controller:
Implementing SOPs for procurement, sales, and inventory
Monitoring credit limits & approval mechanisms
Physical stock verification & reconciliation
Fraud risk monitoring
Ensuring maker-checker controls
Commercial vetting of orders & pricing approvals
Margin analysis per product/customer
Supporting tender costing and pricing decisions
Business performance analysis & cost optimization
Inventory monitoring and slow/non-moving stock analysis
Monitoring Day to Day Accounting of the Branches
Monthly closing of branch accounts within defined timelines
Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS for branch performance
Vendor payment planning and cash flow forecasting.
