Product - Home Loan
Job Location - Udaipur
Required Experience -
1-5 years of total experience in loan appraisals in banking/NBFC sector
Required Qualification -
Preferably MBA in finance or Post-graduate in any finance related field or Minimum Graduation
Job Description:-
Responsible for appraising and approving the loan applications and maintain the quality of portfolio
Key Responsibilities
Credit Manager has to appraise / underwrite the loan applications.
Responsible for visiting competition in his catchment and sharing market information and feedback
with other team members.
Responsible for the application process from login to disbursement.
Managing quality of portfolio, post disbursement documents and partly disbursed cases.
Co-ordinate with legal, technical and Risk teams for processing the file / docket.
Responsible for TAT of delivering sanction letter and disbursement.
Preparation of MIS, Resolving customer issues and legal cases pertaining to sanction and
disbursement process
Responsible for the Auditory duties
Candidate Profile :-
Understanding of financial statements and computer applications including Word and Excel
Should possess good communication and people-management skills
Knowledge of local language is must
Note - NBFC Housing experience is must
