Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Head for our Pre-School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, Admission Sales, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality education and care for children, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting staff members, including teachers, assistants, and administrative staff
Developing and implementing educational programs that align with the schools curriculum and philosophy
Ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Managing the budget and financial operations of the branch
Should be able to convert enquiries into admissions
Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents, students, and the community
Leading by example and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a pre-school setting, a Bachelors degree and strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education are essential.
