This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Head at New Delhi based company. As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for managing the operations and performance of the branch. You will oversee the branch staff, handle customer queries and concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and promote business growth.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in the NBFC sector
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions
• Proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary
• 20% Hike on current salary
