Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar Johari Bazaar (Jaipur), Harotha, Seentha Mohanpura.

Key Responsibilities
• Operations Management:
Overseeing all aspects of the branch's daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Staff Management:
Hiring, training, and coaching branch personnel, motivating the team, and evaluating their performance.
• Sales and Business Development:
Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers, meet sales targets for products and services, and identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service, handling and resolving escalated customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Financial Management:
Managing the branch budget, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensuring the branch adheres to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Market Analysis:
Assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and staying informed about competitor activities.
• Reporting:
Preparing and presenting reports on branch performance, market insights, and financial data to senior management
Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager .
• Proven track record in sales, team management, and customer service excellence.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and financial products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
