Our team is expanding! We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Auckland location. Reporting to the NZ Country Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth across sales, customer service, warehousing, and last-mile delivery for the region. This role is focused on driving market share, margin expansion, customer retention, and operational performance in the respective region.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with working hours from 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Own the branch P&L and drive profitable growth across all customer segments and product categories.
Develop and execute a clear commercial plan to grow revenue, expand market share, and protect margin.
Manage pricing strategy, cost control, and sales mix to maximise EBITDA.
Lead a customer-focused sales culture that drives solution selling and account growth by WOWing the customer.
Ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution through efficient warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations.
Monitor and improve service levels, order accuracy, delivery timeframes, and cost-to-serve
Work with national supply chain team and Category Managers to forecast demand and manage stock availability and stock turns.
Visits to customer sites and projects to build relationships.
Lead a team of A- Players through develop a commercially minded team across sales, internal sales and customer service, warehouse operations and transport.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting with clear visibility into cost drivers and revenue levers
Requirements:

Proven management experience in a warehousing, infrastructure or construction environment
Proven experience selling within the Hamilton region with good understanding of the market
Experience with Salesforce, SAP or equivalent CRM/ERP systems
Experience with a P&L, budget performance management and forecasting
Ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop a Sales and Operations team
Ability to maintain a safe working environment across the branch
Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure a WOW customer experience
Go-getter attitude with good problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
