Job description, work day and responsibilities

• Conducting monitoring, assessment and evaluation of loan disbursements, micro enterprise development and properly documenting the experiences and best practices time to time.
• Maintaining portfolio quality always.
• Visiting all the clients with delinquent loans not paid more than 60 days.
• Supervising staff - proper up keep of records and registers, timely submission of returns, smooth conduct of audit.
• Branch neatness.
• Ensuring correct and timely data entries 20%.
• Maintaining proper and timely communication with the supervisor on all important issues.
• Preparing and sending all reports on time to the National Office team as and when required.
• Reaching out to the maximum potential and existing entrepreneurial poor through timely and accessible credit along with capacity building for running successful business.
• To identify potential clients suppliers and businessmen for helping in business linkages and also doing market assessment study for identifying potential and viable business products based on the client knowledge, skills, resources and capabilities.
• Planning and conducting capacity building to the staff and giving feed back to supervisor on other training requirements for better functioning and performances of the staff and the unit.Organizing proper fund flow from the National office for timely loan disbursements and other budgetary requirements
• Coordinating time to time surveys/assessments of clients to understand the social and economic impact on families and children
• Maintaining minimum client drop out and ensuring that there is high client retention through sustained business/employment opportunities

Requirements
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in the Development sector or Finance)
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Client identification and business assessment skill
• Skill in the functioning of Micro finance sector
• Can plan strategically for Branch Growth and Maintaining Quality Portfolio
• Good understanding on business development, assessing markets and product viability, credit disbursements and repayments
• Minimum 3 years Experience in micro enterprise development, rural/ urban lending etc.
• Job Location: Pudukkottai, Perambalur, Nagapattinam, Coonoor, Marungapuri, Mannargudi, Karaikal, Madhukur
