Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bank branch, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and overall growth. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of branch staff, conducting quality assurance, and driving sales growth.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in sales and business development
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience managing a bank branch or large team
• Experience with digital banking and technology
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Experience in community engagement and outreach
