1-Good Communication Skill
2-Minimum two year experience in Gurgoan Haryana
3-Ability to identify business opportunity in the given area
4- Responsibility and Accountability
5-Any Graduate Minimum two years experience in NBFC at Gurgaon
6-Good Relationship with Channel Partners (DSA)
7-Taking ownership of branch and it's activities including marketing drives branding and pramotion, alternate channel activities.
8-Leading Managing the team members/ Customer relationship officer to achieve the business target numbers on monthly basis with right product mix and good customer quality.
+---Coordination among different team such as credit, operation,IT etc.in order to complete the task without any hindrances.
10- To be a part of hiring process of capable and dedicated CROs along with the higher officials in order to strengthen the human recourse position of the company and thereby ensuring continuous business cycle
