Hiring Branch Manager For Lakme Academy - Mumbai Location. Full Job Description Job Description: - Marketing & Sales: Ensure maximum conversions to increase revenue, profitability of the centre · Relationship Management with Parents and Students · Handling the entire Operations of the center Staff Management: Supervision, training and evaluation of the staff on an on-going basis · Setting performance goals, counselling them by offering corrective advise and action if performance dips MIS Prepare monthly and annual reports as required by the management Other Responsibility Areas: Undertake other responsibilities as deemed appropriate & directed by management.
