Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by increasing CASA, FD, and RD deposits, and promoting other banking products
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies
- Lead and manage a team of branch managers and staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
• 2 - 5+ years of retail branch banking experience, with a focus on CASA, FD, and RD deposits
• Proven experience in handling branch operations, including business development, customer service, and risk management
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Post-graduation in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desirable
