Corporate Team Leader = > Motivate and inspire team members, lead by setting a good example
Assistant Business Head= >Execute business projects to meet the established requirements and
timelines

Responsibilities and Duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advertising/ Promotion/ Marketing:
Accomplishes business development activities by researching, strategizing and developing
marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, managing team. Identifying
marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements
Human Resource Management: Recruiting, Training, Team leading, Team Development,
Evaluation, Motivation, Impact Running, People Management & Leadership Skills
Risk Assessment and Administration: Management of all the operations of newly opened
SBUs (Operations, Client Handling & Brand Handling)
Finance Management: Managing working capital & investment (Business Strategy)
