We are seeking a Brand Communications / Creative Communications – Asst Mgr. / Mgr to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling. You will lead our corporate, content & consumer brand communications across social media and digital platforms. You shall be responsible for creating effective approaches for complex communication challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Develop communication strategies; execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Drive brand storytelling through innovative creative communication strategies
• Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels
• Create compelling, audience-first communication strategies across social media, push notifications, in-app comms
• Guide junior team members and external content contributors
• Work with local and national teams to create high-impact, locally tailored social campaigns that spark strong buzz
• Evaluate social channel and activation performance to measure campaign impact and extract scalable insights that inform future strategy
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in digital communications branding and social media communications
• Creative mindset with a solid grasp of copy, visual storytelling, and tone
• Comfort being hands-on and working cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to blend creativity with business objectives
• Experience in managing, optimizing, executing campaigns across channels and driving metrics to drive improvements.
Location: Kolkata - onsite (full time)
