We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Brand and Communications Manager to lead our communications and fulfill requirements for content creation at MVJCE. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content and communicate/ engage all our stakeholders and build brand recognition. Your main duties will include creating informative content, articles, and reports to share our Institution’s activities and services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills and will be performing the below task effectively. Primary Roles and Responsibilities · Manage all correspondence to and from our emails. · Creating and monitoring online and offline admission campaigns. · Write persuasive and effective grant proposals and give presentations to grant committees. · Prepare Reports and communicate with present & potential stakeholders. · Create grant proposals and seasonal campaigns via email, mail, website, social media, in collaboration with Principal & MVJCE Management. · Coordinate creative seasonal campaigns via email, mail, website, social media, and/or events, with assistance from Principal. · Use tools like MailChimp, social media, website, ERP, offline tools to reach out, manage admissions, and maximize admission response to email/web campaigns. · Oversee communications on online admission portal of domestic and international admissions and manage relationship with them. · Prepare Newsletters, annual reports and press releases. · Design and write concise, informative, and visually appealing reports. · Compute all statistics and create visually appealing graphics for reports. · Update website and social media pages with time-sensitive campaigns. · Prepare and distribute press releases for immediate release for important events and announcements. Secondary Roles and Responsibilities · Coordinate webpage maintenance and ensure that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) is posted regularly. · Manage social media accounts: Facebook page, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube account. · Update text, content, and photos on: Facebook page, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube account. · Create timely updates for relevant current events and special days Create additional YouTube videos. · Manage and update the Institution Website. · Assist in Preparing fees and other related details for public use in collaboration with Accountant and auditors · Coordinate with Volunteers and Interns, engaging them with different activities in consultations with HODs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
