Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Community Engagement Specialist in Bengaluru. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our community of customers and enthusiasts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute community events, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to foster a strong sense of community and brand loyalty. Additionally, you will analyze community feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in community management, event planning, or social media management
Strong understanding of online/offline communities and social media platforms
Ability to analyze and interpret community feedback and insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
