ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand & Content Manager to shape and protect our brand identity through the development and implementation of strategic marketing and content initiatives. This role will lead our brand marketing strategy, manage content creation across all digital platforms, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborating cross-functionally, the Brand & Content Manager will work to strengthen audience engagement, grow brand equity, and support commercial and organisational goals.

Reporting to the Founder & Creative Director, you will –

Brand Strategy & Management:
Develop and maintain the overarching brand marketing strategy, including positioning, tone of voice, messaging, and annual marketing calendar.
Ensure consistent brand execution across all online and offline channels (website, social media, email, events, print).
Identify and pursue strategic brand collaboration opportunities with sponsors, influencers, and aligned partners to enhance reach and relevance.
Conduct regular brand audits to assess brand consistency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform brand strategy.
Partner with the Art Director to maintain visual identity guidelines.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to integrate brand messaging into digital campaigns and customer experiences.
Content Strategy & Creation:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand, marketing, and campaign objectives across social media, website, and email.
Manage and maintain a content calendar for timely and engaging content delivery.
Create and oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content: social media posts and campaigns, web content (homepage messaging, landing pages, blogs), and email content (newsletters, customer journeys, product launches).
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to optimise content performance (SEO, keyword research, analytics).
Work with the Partnerships Manager to develop content for brand activations, retail partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Collaborate with the Design team to produce content assets that effectively communicate product features, brand storytelling, and campaign messaging.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creators for content briefing, review, and approval.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and legal or compliance requirements.
Measure and report on content effectiveness and engagement, continuously refining strategies based on performance data.
Lead, coach and develop direct reports, including Social Media Coordinator and PR Specialist
Skills and Experiences:
YOU WILL BRING:
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual branding and content performance.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and SEO.
Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting performance data to inform content decisions.
Proven experience in brand management, content strategy, and multi-channel content creation preferably within a luxury brand.
Experience using content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with Meta business suite and Google Analytics.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Commerce or similar would be essential.
Experience leading a small team would be desirable.
