About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-obsessed Marketing Lead to spearhead both brand building and performance marketing across digital and physical touchpoints. This is not a siloed role — it’s for someone who thinks in campaigns, breathes fashion culture, and can turn brand strategy into consumer emotion, traction, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Building & Content Strategy
• Define and execute brand voice, content direction, and campaign themes across social, email, and events.
• Own the 360° brand experience — from Instagram reels to on-ground activations.
• Collaborate with designers and founders to build emotional brand connect with the target audience (urban, style-aware men).
2. Digital Performance & Growth
• Own paid media strategy (Meta, Google, influencer-led), with clear ROAS and CAC goals.
• Build and optimize funnels — from discovery to conversion to retention.
• Regularly analyze campaign data to inform creative and targeting strategies.
3. Offline Marketing & Events
• Conceptualize and execute immersive brand pop-ups, trunk shows, collaborations, and community events.
• Drive event ROI in terms of brand visibility, community growth, and direct sales.
4. Influencer & PR Strategy
• Build and scale an always-on influencer network — especially with real, 30+ male voices.
• Work with PR teams to secure brand features in relevant fashion, lifestyle, and culture publications.
5. Community & Engagement
• Grow a community — not just a customer base. From Instagram DMs to in-person meets.
• Enable UGC, real stories, and audience-led activations to build credibility.
Who You Are
• 3-5 years of marketing experience with D2C fashion, lifestyle, or youth brands.
• A deep sense of fashion and culture — understands how to turn a look into a story.
• Comfortable with both performance marketing and emotional brand storytelling.
• Strong grip on metrics (CAC, ROAS, engagement, conversions) and marketing ops.
• Experience with offline event planning, influencer marketing, and community building.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
