Responsibilities
BRAND IMAGE, BRANDS PRODUCT PORTFOLIO CLIENT SERVICING (KYC) TO BE WELL ADOPTED EXECUTED WITHIN THE ADMIN CIRCLE. WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO REACH THEM WITH A SOLUTION IS THE ULTIMATE BRANDS GOAL.
EXECUTIVE SUPPORT ASSISSTANCE TO THE FOUNDERS BRANDS STRATEGIC SHAREHOLDERS/ PARTNERS/ BOARD MEMBERS WITH DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES ASSIGNED TASKS.
MANAGING AN ACTIVE CALENDER OF APPOINTMENTS, AGENDAS COMPILING DOCUMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
DRAFTS REPORTS, LETTERS PROPOSALS, PREPARES COORDINATES ORAL WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WITH ADMIN CIRCLE AND PROSPECTS
MIS (MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM) HANDLING EXECUTION OF TASKS FROM PROFILES POSTING TO SHORTLISTING TO ONBOARDING OF CANDIDATES
SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM MEETINGS, HR DEPARTMENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ACROSS COMPANY.
TEAM BUILDING, LEADERSHIP MOTIVATING THE INTERNAL TEAMS FOR SCALABILITY ACROSS EVERY SECTOR / DEPARTMENT.
DAILY REPORTS/ AS PER SOPS WEEKLY REVIEW MEETINGS WITHIN THE BOARD.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Bachelors Degree.
Minimum of 2 years experience of HR EA with upper level management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Strong time management and decision-making skills.
Able to perform under pressure.
A team player.
