Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Ashburton, New Zealand
The Role: We seek a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, the outdoors and branding who can translate market trends into compelling product ranges and engaging marketing strategies. This newly created position will be pivotal in delivering our ambitious growth strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market share and customer loyalty.
Lead the design and launch of innovative sock ranges, creating captivating colour stories and product selections combined with technical design features that meet our customers' needs.
Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our brand identity and meet performance targets.
Conduct and apply market research to guide product development and marketing tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand and product strategy approach.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Bring at least five years of brand management experience, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
Demonstrates creative solid skills and the ability to foresee market trends.
Exhibits excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at balancing multiple priorities.
