Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Manager located in Jaipur with flexibility for some remote work, although, you will be required to visit the office on a daily basis. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies to meet business objectives, in which the key objective the candiate in expected to fulfill is to overtake the tasks required to launching a full-time menswear brand with omnichannel marketing and services offered. The role involves exploring new opportunities to increase brand awareness and market share, managing brand budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Brand Manager will also conduct market research, analysis, and evaluation of customer feedback to ensure brand relevance and appeal.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of brand management, marketing, and advertising principles
• Ability to develop and execute effective branding strategies
• Extensive experience in conducting market research, analysis, and evaluation
• Skills in project management, budget allocation, and team collaboration
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
