Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Brand Manager to join our team at Bauducco Foods to help our communication, trade marketing and innovation programs.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for executing the go to market strategy and for creating guidelines for sales using Trade Marketing KPIs and data analysis.
• Support Bauducco Sales team in preparing and presenting successful programs to current customers and prospects;
• Develop and manage POS materials as a tool for Bauducco’s excellent execution in the POS;
• Support the development and execution of 360 degree brand programs and activations
• Support communication strategy and develop integrated communication campaigns based on key consumer insights to help drive overall brand KPI
• Ensure on-time execution of international marketing & communications programs.
Requirements
• Area of expertise: Trade Marketing and Marketing.
• Company experience: Consumer Goods products or Food broker
• Experience in the domestic market in USA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field
• English and Portuguese fluent
• Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal direction
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
