Position: Associate Brand Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
• Decode briefs to produce compelling long and short-format content.
• Create award-winning entries for agency work.
• Develop and manage social media content, including posts and infographics.
• Produce decks, PowerPoint presentations, and visual content.
• Strategy & Collaboration:
• Develop and implement social media strategies for Puretech Digital’s brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and partners for timely deliveries.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Tools & Networking:
• Utilize email marketing tools like HubSpot and MailChimp (basic knowledge preferred).
• Engage with the advertising and marketing (A&M) media space and understand PR deliveries.
• Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong content writing and understanding skills.
• Creative intent and thought are essential.
• Ownership of tasks aligning with team and company goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media strategy and trends.
• An understanding of design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create impactful visual content.
