CTC - 3.75 LPA Fixed + Variable

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Brand Marketing (B2B) role based in Pune, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon and Bengaluru. As a part of the marketing team, you will develop and implement brand strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the brand. Key responsibilities include creating branding initiatives, developing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent communication of the brand message across all channels. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives and explore new opportunities for market penetration.
Qualifications
• Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring smooth integration into the platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Management
• Should be Proficient in English, Hindi and Regional language is Mandatory
• Should have a own two wheeler with driving licence
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging
• Understanding of Sales and its alignment with brand positioning
• Ability to collaborate across teams and prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical skills and a creative mindset to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Should be an graduate. Freshers are eligible.
