What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers):

• Build from Ground Zero: Own and shape the brand’s identity, voice, and personality.
• Develop brand guidelines, themes, and storytelling that reflect our mission.
???? Content & Community Leader:
• Create and execute engaging content strategies that resonate with health-conscious consumers.
• Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, and stories that educate, inspire, and engage.
• Build and manage an active community across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
???? Chief Storyteller:
• Turn organic food into an irresistible story.
• Drive customer engagement with impactful storytelling and brand messaging.
???? Digital Growth Driver:
• Elevate The Holly Tree’s presence across all digital platforms.
• Plan and execute customer retention campaigns via WhatsApp & Email marketing.
???? Creative Visionary:
• Ideate and oversee photoshoots & video campaigns that capture the essence of our brand.
• Manage content production with agencies, influencers, and creators.
???? Growth & PR Champion:
• Be the face of the brand in media, partnerships, and PR initiatives.
• Design and launch purpose-driven campaigns that make an impact.
