Job Description
• Conducting market research to understand the target audience, analyse trends, and gain insights on the competition.
• Building and managing brand identity: The brand manager is responsible for developing and managing the brand's visual identity, including logos, colours, typography, and other design elements.
• Creating and implementing marketing campaigns. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product development, sales, and customer service teams, as well as external partners, such as advertising agencies and vendors.
• Monitoring and analysing brand performance. Track and analyse brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty, to evaluate the effectiveness of branding strategies.
• The brand manager is responsible for managing budgets for branding and marketing activities.
• Maintaining brand consistency: The brand manager should ensure that all communications, products, and services align with the brand's values, personality, and messaging.
• Providing brand guidelines and training to internal and external stakeholders, as well as conducts training sessions to ensure everyone understands and applies the brand guidelines.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends. Stays up to date with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
Experience
• 3 years’ Experience in Branding (Preferred)
• Ability to overseeing the overall image, messaging, and marketing strategies for brand
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Ensure that the brand's values, voice, and image are effectively communicated to the target audience.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment. They should be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable with ambiguity and change. Strong leadership and teamwork skills with cross-functional teams.
• Competency in English
• Knowledge of MS Office software
