Job Description
We are looking for Brand & Operations Manager for ARCHIEVO, a venture of IEVO. Archievo, is a furniture database company looking for a promising individual to join the budding team. We need someone who can seamlessly operate in both an online and offline capacity. This individual will be working directly under the creative directors and founders.
Role:
As the Brand and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategies and streamlining our company's operations.
- Understanding the overall intention and vision of the brand, and ensuring it is carried through all aspects of the website's functioning
. - Managing the upload and download of any new brands and their products as per the vision and preferences of the Archievo founders.
- Ensure smooth functioning of overall online and offline space, by coordinating between the development team, the fulfilments team, the detailing team, the display centre manager and data entry team.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status, progress, and potential risks through regular reporting and meetings.
- Manage weekly and monthly assessment of the team’s progress.
- Work with the offline and production team to ensure product inventory is up to date.
- Set up an operations process for the OFFLINE CENTER.
- Set up sales methodology for the OFFLINE CENTER.
- Attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the team not currently in place
. - Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the furniture database
- Ensuring the overall information fulfilments of the website, this includes the posting/displaying of the goods, making sure that all links are working, updating the database through overall QA QC checks.
- Setting up of a customer care team that managers the clients of the website
- Setting up of a marketing team that pushed the brand visibility on relevant platforms inline with the Brand Vision.
- Create and maintain internal processes (including documentation) to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Ensuring a good relationship with the brands hosted on the website
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience, with 1 year in a brand management or operations management role.
- Must work from Udaipur, this is not a remote role
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management, operations, or a related role within the furniture industry or a relevant sector.
- Some furniture industry exposure, or design knowledge is a must.
