Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of content, digital reputation, and campaign execution . You’ll work on building brand narratives, managing digital presence, and delivering campaigns that improve visibility, engagement, and trust.
Depending on experience, the role will primarily focus on execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Communication (Core Focus)
• Create clear, engaging, and compliant content across digital platforms (social media, blogs, app content, marketing assets)
• Simplify financial and investment-related concepts into easy-to-understand communication
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content
2. Brand Reputation & Campaign Execution
• Support and execute brand reputation initiatives across social media, review platforms, and app stores
• Assist in managing online reputation (reviews, ratings, responses, sentiment tracking)
• Monitor brand conversations and flag risks or opportunities proactively
• Execute digital and reputation campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
3. Reporting & Insights
• Track campaign and content performance (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions)
• Create structured reports with key insights and recommendations
• Maintain dashboards for internal and client reviews
• Translate data into actionable improvements for future campaigns
4. Stakeholder & Project Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders to align on deliverables and timelines
• Manage multiple workstreams with clear communication and timely delivery
5. Vendor & Partner Coordination (Execution Support)
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for campaign execution
• Assist in briefing, reviewing, and ensuring quality of deliverables
• Track timelines and ensure smooth delivery of outputs
• Take ownership of vendor relationships and execution quality
What We’re Looking For
• Strong content writing skills (finance/fintech experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of digital platforms and brand communication
• Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Strong understanding in fintech, BFSI is a plus
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and social media dashboards
