Partnerships Executive
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented Partnerships Executive to join our Media Partnerships team, focusing on TV Trading. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build a strong foundation in media and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
In this role, you'll support the delivery of TV campaigns, ensuring everything is executed accurately and on time. You'll learn how to buy, analyse, and optimise TV media while working with experienced team members on campaigns for a major government client.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Trading Support
Support the delivery of TV campaigns, ensuring plans are executed accurately
Assist with reporting (buy summaries, spot lists, post-analysis, campaign reviews)
Monitor live campaigns and send updates to clients
Help identify opportunities to add extra value to campaigns
Reporting & Administration
Keep campaign tracking and reports up to date
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into invoicing systems (SMD)
Support the team in meeting deadlines across multiple campaigns
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with media partners
Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns smoothly
Attend weekly meetings and share campaign updates
Learning & Development
Take part in training and development opportunities
Support team initiatives and process improvements
Continue building knowledge of TV trading and the media industry

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
