Role Description
As a Brand Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a high caliber of customer service to clients through the development and delivery of branding solutions. You will serve as the primary contact for agency-side clients and manage client relationships from basic inquiries through to project development and completion. This full-time on-site role will be based in Gurugram and will involve frequent interaction with other teams, including sales, account management, and operational teams to ensure smooth project implementation and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience in a brand marketing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Solid understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and Social Media marketing practices.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering successful branding campaigns for clients while ensuring client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize conflicting demands, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in tools and technologies for project management, communication, and reporting
• Good understanding of social media marketing, paid media marketing, SEO and content strategy
