Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Media Buying Team. Responsible for data entry, client/campaign data collection, maintaining campaign data, budget monitoring, analysis of airing accuracy, measuring campaign results, and facilitating internal and external communication.
Experience & Competencies:
• Data entry and report generation
• Communication with national cable networks and TV station representatives
• Maintaining campaign data using proprietary tracking systems
• Budget monitoring and adjustment
• Analysis of pre and post-logs for airing accuracy
• Measuring campaign results and profitability
• Internal and external communication with team members and stakeholders
• Collaboration with senior buyers to execute campaigns
• Supporting Media Buyers and Client Service Account Executives in daily tasks and projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-8 years experience in advertising or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive and adaptable with a drive to understand client campaigns and goals
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
