Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and strategies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in Non - IT recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge in applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus and other recruitment tools.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
