Overview:
Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Familiarity with security alarm systems – enabling and disabling.
Ability to learn and adapt to sales software quickly.
Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Duties:
Open and Close retail store, including activating and deactivating alarms.
Provide a high level of customer service; build quality relationships with customers, suggest new products, provide product knowledge, and remind them of upcoming sales.
Organize and unpack stock on order days
Assist Team Leader with Weekly inventory Counting
Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming environment.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ******** strains, products, and industry trends.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of ******** products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary area.
Educate customers about product usage, effects, and safety information.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
· The Budtender must have the ability to learn on the fly in an ever-changing work environment. This requires the individual to have a proactive versus reactive mind set, allowing the Budtender to independently solve situations.
Must be 1++ with a valid drivers license.
