We continue to be very busy and see this only increasing in 2025/26 so we are looking for experienced Plan Processors.
We will provide you with a great salary package, quarterly performance bonuses, flexible working options, plenty of training and a fantastic office environment to work in.
For those who prefer to live outside of Auckland, our system can accommodate you working from your home office.
We are looking for experienced plan processors who are currently competent in the role, you will preferably be Res 3 or higher.
All applicants must have a Reg 18 Qualification. (NZ Diploma or Degree in Construction related field)
You will need the following attributes:
The ability to communicate to our customers in clear spoken and written English
A proven track record of going the extra mile for customers
Advanced current working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act
NZ tertiary qualification in architecture/drafting, building surveying or construction (Reg18 compliant qualification)
Good computer knowledge (All plan processing is digital)
