Bulk Maintenance Engineer

What you will enjoy doing
Drive engineering and productivity initiatives to enhance maintenance, reliability, refurbishment, and cost efficiency
Manage planned and corrective maintenance activities according to engineering standards
Act as the primary technical and planning support for maintenance contractors
Develop and improve Engineering Services metrics, reporting, and performance tracking leveraging AI solutions
Maintain asset registers, maintenance strategies, drawings, and BOMs for the bulk assets is part of your role
You will support reliability engineering activities such as FMEA and RCA, and manage spares
Track contractor spending, support procurement activities, and drive standardization and digital improvements
Partner with Customer Maintenance and Business Managers to deliver Engineering Services objectives
What makes you great
Possess a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Have at least two years' experience in asset maintenance, reliability, or process engineering
Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes and mechanical engineering fundamentals
Experience with cryogenic, pressure, rotating equipment, E&I, or hazardous substances is advantageous
And you have experience in manufacturing, industrial, or dairy environments is advantageous
Confident in working with workshops, field services, or contractor networks
Strong data analysis, familiar with AI tools & prompts, reporting, and digital platform capabilities
Ability to influence, communicate clearly, and drive change suits your profile
Proactive, first-principles problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
