Description
Join Buller Holidays for Winter 2026!
Who are we?
We’re the backbone and powerhouse of Mt Buller.
Buller Holidays is the central information hub for every phone call, email, web chat, and booking that comes through the Mt Buller website.
Our team supports the entire mountain, juggling call centre operations, email enquiries, web chats, reservations, cancellations, modifications, and the coordination of School and Group bookings across Mt Buller.
For this role, you can be part of the Mt Buller seasonal team while based in Melbourne, there is no staff accomodation available for this position.
Working from our East Melbourne office, you’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday desk role while still receiving all the benefits of a Mt Buller seasonal employee - without having to pack up your life and relocate for five months!
That means access to incredible perks such as a free season pass, lift vouchers for family and friends, free chain hire, and discounts across multiple on-mountain venues. You can even take advantage of free on-hill accommodation (subject to availability) to make the most of your mountain time.
We work closely with every business across Mt Buller and Mansfield — not only with the lift company, but also alongside Alpine Resorts Victoria, rental and retail operators, hospitality venues, accommodation providers, and lodges, making this role a behind-the-scenes engine of the mountain.
About us… and you!
We love delivering exceptional customer experiences and always go the extra mile to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. Making others happy makes us happy!
If you want to join Mt Buller and get all the benefits but you can’t leave your house, family, children or pets in Melbourne if you leave, this is the job for you!
We’re not customer-facing, all communication is via phone call, email, and web chat, which creates an enjoyable and relaxed energy in our office.
Overtime is available during peak periods, giving you the chance to knuckle down and earn some extra cash.
Enjoy a beautiful office to work from in East Melbourne, 500m from Parliament station and across the road from Fitzroy gardens.
And the best part - an energetic, fun-loving team! We stay calm under pressure and work together to get amazing things done.
What you’ll be doing.
Professionally and enthusiastically responding to guest enquiries via phone, email, and web chat.

Understanding mountain procedures to help guests plan their stay, if we don’t know the answer, we know who to contact to make the best call.
Assisting guests with bookings, modifications, credits, and cancellations using a positive, can-do approach.
Explaining resort policies and terms and conditions, including minimum stays, reservation policies, and cancellations.
If you bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, we will provide the training and knowledge for you to succeed in this role.
What we need from you.
