The Position:
Here at TerryWhite Chemmart Burpengary, we are a team who absolutely love what we do! We share one another's successes, encourage each other to develop, work together and have some fun along the way! TerryWhite Chemmart Burpengary is a well-loved, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 700 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer. You will join our permanent Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians plus the general Pharmacy team.
The Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive Clinical Excellence: Ensure precise dispensing of medications, maintain high standards of practice, and we encourage you to pursue specialised clinics in areas of interest such as Men's Health, Diabetes Management or Endometriosis.
Enhance Customer Engagement: Embrace our forward dispensing practices, allowing pharmacists to remain engaged with customers during the dispensing process. Offer expert advice on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health concerns through our Care Clinics, ensuring personalised service and fostering stronger patient relationships.
Embrace Continuous Learning: Access industry-leading MasterClass sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Champion Safety: Adhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.
Leverage Innovative Tools: Promote and effectively utilise new technologies, such as Minfos for pharmacy management, the myTWC app for online bookings and script management to patient experience.
About You:
You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to expand your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.

To be considered for this role you must have a current a General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
