Responsibilities:
Perform routine system maintenance including system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and systems;
Keep systems up-to-date with the latest patches and updates, ensuring security and compliance;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides;
Install our application and apply releases to client sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
Strong understanding of basic IT concepts and system administration;
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and server technologies;
Ability to work remotely and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: $83,417.08 - $104,000.00 per year
